For individuals interested in using other insurance benefits, please check with your insurance company for out-of-network benefits for partial payment of sessions. 

*Clients are responsible for all copayments and any unpaid claims by third party payors.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
